RAS Festivities at Greyfriars

The room was suitably sparkly, the table groaned under the weight of an abundance of nibbles and the atmosphere was cheery. There were silly games, a fiendish quiz and a magnificently illustrated Guess the Christmas Song Competition -all fiercely contested. Sadly, we had no time for a round of Pictionary, or - well, let’s just say we had lots of other amusements up our sleeves; we’ll have to save them for next year.

Many prizes were awarded (mostly chocolate Santas) and the winner of the Christmas Picture Competition was announced - well done Roger Parker for his lovely painting of the Three Wise Men.

We had a splendid time!

Thanks to everyone for all the lovely food, and to Sally and David for the quiz, and to Jan for the shopping, and to all those who organised the evening!
